Customize Recipe Display Header

You can now customize the Recipe Display Header to look the way you want it to look!  You can set the height of the Recipe Display, move the display items to almost any position within the header window, and set font, font size and color for the display items.  In addition, if desired, the Recipe Source can be displayed in the header window (rather then in the ingredient list).
